If bad weather some people is easy to get sick. Keep health with good enough rest. Eat the healthy food, doing exercies to make body fit. Yes that's good time doing it even it is bad weather.

I'm doing simple way to make me fit, drink ginger, eat healthy food, and also doing little excercies that's making me feel warm and nice. Plus healthy too.

being pessimistic and thinking you
can't achieve your goals, be positive
and thrive on your challenges.
Keep yourself busy. This is good

bad habits, such as smoking and

occupied with positive tasks. Worrying
is harmful, and work is good for the
mind as well as the body. To keep
yourself busy you can work around
the house, spend time with your pets,

negative talk, being with people
satisfies the soul.

Remember that nothing is worth
sacrificing health and happiness,
