This is sawut pecel, traditional food from Java. My mum is cooking this today, but no used the coconut just the bean sauce, so yummy..... I am on diet, so my food must so careful, no need to have fat to my body.... so is not nice when have extra pound on your body right...

In early morning, I just made fruit salad, just papaya add the lemon plus a little white sugar and cut the papaya and so nice and healthy for the breakfast. Then drink low fat milk or just orange juice. Healthy and no need go to doctor for making slim, just be patient and you can be slim and healthy like in your dream.....
